Foundation Package of 3 Private Sessions:

Our Introductory foundation package consists of 3 private sessions which include a full postural assessment, extensive interview, individuated program design, goal setting, and the crucial technique introduction to the Pilates approach to insure your sessions are optimized.

Additional minutes may be added to any sauna as long as we know at the time you schedule your appointment. They may be added in increments of 5 minutes at $5 per increment. It is not recommended to sauna longer than 45 minutes, per studio policy.

Packaged infrared sauna sessions must be used within 3 months.
