Studio Pricing
SynergySystems® Fitness Studio offers an introductory package of three sessions. The first session is approximately 90 minutes to allow time for a postural assessment, a review of physical and medical history, fitness goals outline, program design and a detailed introduction to either Pilates or GYROTONIC®. All sessions after introductory session are 55 minutes.
