Kimberly Rainey, P.T., M.P.T. is a Licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2000, and her Master of Physical Therapy from Cal State Long Beach in 2003. Kim has gained experience in numerous settings including acute and sub-acute rehabilitation, home health physical therapy, and outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. While working in an orthopedic sports clinic, she was introduced to Pilates and realized the benefits of incorporating Pilates as part of an advanced rehab program. She will complete her SynergySystems® Pilates Certification with Cathleen Murakami later this year.
