Reformer Class: Our reformer class consists of varying exercises on the Pilates reformer. A full body workout for all levels of experience.
Circuit Class: This exhilarating workout consists of various "stations" utilizing a variety of Pilates equipment. Additional challenges with the BOSU and other stability pieces will further the fun!
Pilates Fitnes Circuit: Our Pilates Fitness Circuit comprises a faster paced and fitness oriented environment. A variety of Pilates equipment exercises together with some sport oriented challenges will leave your body and mind cleared out from any accumulated stresses of your day.
Yo!lates Mat Class: Love yoga? Love Pilates? Have time for only one class? Then this is for you. A multi level class combining the best of both modalities. You will start your day refreshed, energized, stretched, aligned and strengthened. Please bring your own mat.
Pilates Mat Class: This classic Pilates mat class geared for all levels of experience. Traditional Pilates mat exercises with some modern day twists thrown in the mix will leave you ready to face the world awakened and aligned! Please bring your own mat.
GYROKINESISŪ: GYROKINESISŪ is the non-equipment version of GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEMŪ. Fluid movement is connected with breathing patterns, which awaken and exercise the body, stimulate the nervous system, open energetic pathways in the body, re-align the spine, increase coordination, massage the organs, and leave you feeling fantastic!
